Blackbird is an English remake of the 2014 Danish film Silent Heart, and will be released in 6 cinemas of the Happy Cinema network from Romania: Bucuresti, Buzau, Focsani, Alexandria, Bistrita, Bacau on Friday, February 19th.

Lily (Sarandon) and her husband Paul (Sam Neill) invite their family to a holiday getaway at their beach house, where Lily is spending her final days, so they can say goodbye. Blackbird is directed by Roger Michell (Notting Hill) and written by Christian Torpe, who also penned the screenplay for Silent Heart, the Danish film on which it is based.
