Bill Skarsgard is seeking revenge in Sam Raimi-produced action thriller Boy Kills World

Director Moritz Mohr’s dystopian action thriller Boy Kills World, which stars Bill Skarsgard and Jessica Rothe – will hit theaters this weekend!

Produced by the legendary Sam Raimi, Boy Kills World was scripted by Arend Remmers and Tyler Burton Smith.

The story takes place in a bizarre, dark dystopian universe and centers on a deaf and mute character, Boy (Skarsgård), who navigates this depressing world with his otherworldly imagination. Tragedy strikes when Boy’s family is brutally murdered. When his fight or flight instincts kick in, Boy finds himself on a life-threatening trek into the darkly forested jungle.

There, he meets a shaman (Yayan Ruhian) who takes Boy under his wing and launches him into a cutthroat coming of age journey where he encourages his new pupil to leave his youth behind and pick up the baton as a highly trained assassin.

Skarsgard and Rothe are joined in the cast by Yayan Ruhian, Andrew Koji, Isaiah Mustafa, Famke Janssen, Brett Gelman, Sharlto Copley, Quinn Copeland, twin brothers Cameron and Nicholas Crovetti, and Michelle Dockery.
Sam Raimi and Zainab Azizi are producing Boy Kills World through Raimi Productions.

Roy Lee, Simon Swart, Wayne Fitzjohn, Alex Lebovici, Stuart Manashil and Dan Kagan are also producers.

Reza Brojerdi and Andrew Childs are executive producers.

Prorom will release Boy Kills World in cinemas from May 10 (Romania) and June 20 (Hungary).

Way Down: The Heist of the Century is on Pro TV

On Saturday, December 3, you can watch on Pro TV the action / adventure movie Way Down.

Freddie Highmore, Astrid Bergès-Frisbey, Liam Cunningham and Famke Janssen star in Way Down - a globe-trotting, action-packed thriller following a high-risk heist.

Highmore is Thom, a genius engineering graduate whose interest is piqued by the Bank of Spain whose safe, built over 100 years ago, has no blueprints and whose security system includes an underground river that floods the safe room if breached.

Learning that a legendary lost treasure will be deposited in the bank's safe for just 10 days, Thom masterminds a meticulous plan along with charismatic art dealer Walter "Cunningham" to break into the Bank.

But they have only 90 minutes to do so, when the bank's staff will be mightily distracted by the 2010 soccer World Cup final, played by Spain and re-transmitted on a giant screen which, as chance would have it, will be erected just in front of the Bank of Spain.

Pro TV will broadcast Way Down this Saturday, December 3, at 22:00 p.m.

First they took his daughter, now they’re coming after him: Taken 2 on Antena 1 and Film Now

Antena 1 will broadcast on Thursday, January 28, at 22:30, the action film produced by Luc Besson Taken 2. The film will also be shown on Film Now on Wednesday, February 3, and Thursday, February 4.

Liam Neeson returns as Bryan Mills, the former CIA agent who did everything to save his kidnapped daughter in the first film Taken.

In Taken 2, Mills becomes the target of a mysterious, revenge-seeking character, and he must use his “particular set of skills” to protect his family from an army of mercenaries who want to kill them.

Famous director Luc Besson (co-writer and producer), co-writer Robert Mark Kamen (who also worked on the first film Taken with Besson) and director Olivier Megaton (Columbiana, Transporter 3) now bring us Taken 2, which comes after the colossal worldwide success of the film Taken, a film with revenues of 224 million $.

Cast: Liam Neeson, Maggie Grace, Famke Janssen, Rade Serbedzija and Luke Grimes.

Taken 2 can be seen on TV as follows:

Bruce Willis is looking for his dog in Once Upon a Time in Venice – Saturday on Pro TV!

The action comedy distributed by Prorom Once Upon a Time in Venice can be seen on Saturday 2 May on Pro TV.

An L.A. private eye (Bruce Willis) finds that his professional and personal worlds collide after his loving pet Buddy is stolen by a notorious gang.

Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Famke Janssen in The Postcard Killings

The Oscar-winning director Danis Tanović has finish shooting The Postcard Killings, starring Jeffrey Dean Morgan and Famke Janssen.

Danis Tanovic is a director and writer, known for No Man's Land (2001 – Academy Award Winner - Best Foreign Language Film) and An Episode in the Life of an Iron Picker (2013). With Death in Sarajevo (2016) he won the Silver Bear – Jury Prize and the FIPRESCI prize at the 66th Berlinale.

His new movie, The Postcard Killings is based on James Patterson’s and Liza Marklund’s #1 New York Times best-selling novel The Postcard Killers and it follows NYPD detective Jacob Kanon (Morgan), who after the shocking murder of his newlywed daughter and her husband, starts an investigation that leads to a series of murders throughout Europe. The only clues he has are postcards sent to the local dailies preceding the murders.

The film is produced by Good Films’ Miriam Segal, alongside Paul Brennan and Leopoldo Gout, and features a cast that includes Jeffrey Dean Morgan, Famke Janssen, Denis O'Hare, Naomi Battrick, Ruairi O'Connor and Joachim Król.

Principal photography commenced in March 2019, and the film was shot in London, Norway and Stockholm.

The Postcard Killings is expected to have its premiere in 2020.
