Grillo will be portraying the role of an Interpol agent who will enlist the help of Michael (Ryan Reynolds), Darius (Samuel L. Jackson) and Sonia (Salma Hayek) to stop a cyber attack in Europe.

Grillo will be joining the returning cast members Ryan Reynolds, Samuel L. Jackson and Salma Hayek, who are all set to reprise their roles from the first movie.

The original movie, released in the summer of 2017, grossed $75.5 million in the U.S. and more than $180 million globally. His production budget was $30 million.

In the first film, the world’s top protection agent (Reynolds) is called upon to guard the life of his mortal enemy, one of the world’s most notorious hitmen (Jackson). The relentless bodyguard and manipulative assassin have been on the opposite end of the bullet for years and are thrown together for a wildly outrageous 24 hours. Hayek played the role of Sonia Kincaid, the hitman’s wife.

Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard will again be directed by Patrick Hughes with Tom O’Connor to serve as the film’s scriptwriter.

Millenium Media’s Matt O’Toole and Campbell Grobman Film’s Les Weldon are producing the sequel. Christa Campbell and Lati Grobman of Campbell Grobman along with Avi Lerner, Trevor Short, Boaz Davidson, Jeffrey Greenstein and Jonathan Yunger of Millennium are all set to executive produce.

Hitman’s Wife’s Bodyguard is expected to begin its production in March. The release date is set for 2020.

Frank Grillo will soon be seen in cinemas this year in the action thriller Boss Level alongside Mel Gibson and Michelle Yeoh.

The movie makes a chronicle of the crimes of Ted Bundy, from the perspective of his longtime girlfriend, Elizabeth Kloepfer, who refused to believe the truth about him for years.

Theodore Robert Bundy (1946–1989) was an American serial killer, kidnapper, rapist, burglar, and necrophile who assaulted and murdered numerous young women and girls during the 1970s and possibly earlier.

Shortly before his execution and after more than a decade of denials, he confessed to 30 homicides that he committed in seven states between 1974 and 1978. The true number of victims is unknown and possibly higher.

Extremely Wicked, Shockingly Evil and Vile will be released in 2019. In Romania will be distributed by Prorom and Ro Image.

In Escape Plan 3: The Devil’s Station, the third film in the series, the daughter of a Hong Kong tech executive goes missing in what appears to be a routine ransom job.

As Breslin and his crew delve deeper, they discover the culprit is the deranged son of one of their former foes, who also kidnapped Breslin's love and is holding her inside the massive prison known as Devil's Station.

Alonside Stallone, in the film will appear: Dave Bautista, Jaime King, Harry Shum Jr, Devon Sawa, 50 Cent, Daniel Bernhardt.
Escape Plan 3: The Devil’s Station is directed by John Herzfield (Reach Me, 15 Minutes, 2 Days in the Valley).

The release date is unknown at this time, but is expected the film to premiere in 2019.
